Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Information Desk Representative to join our team in New Cairo, Egypt. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all visitors and clients at our information desk. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information about our company, projects and services to clients and visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized information desk area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room reservations
- Handle inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and organizing documents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and communication
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with company news and updates to provide accurate information to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English is required
