Showroom Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee our flagship showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a passion for luxury home furnishings and interior design. They will be responsible for driving sales, managing the showroom team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom sales and achieve targets

- Manage and motivate the showroom team to deliver exceptional customer service

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary

- Maintain the showroom's visual merchandising and ensure displays are attractive and up-to-date

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, designers, and suppliers

- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock levels are maintained

- Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury home furnishings industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Knowledge of interior design and luxury home furnishings trends

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
