Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive bodyshop repair and maintenance

- Strong knowledge of vehicle bodywork and repair techniques

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
