Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Mall Service Desk Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the mall, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere

- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Act as a liaison between customers and mall management, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise

- Provide information about the mall, its stores, and services to customers

- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and issuing refunds

- Maintain a clean and organized service desk area

- Collaborate with other mall staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols

Qualifications:

- Fresh Graduates

- Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
