Position: Supplier Quality Inspector

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supplier Quality Inspector to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all our suppliers meet our quality standards and specifications. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate should have previous experience in supplier quality control and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials and products from suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards

- Review supplier documentation, including certificates of analysis, to verify compliance with our specifications

- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

- Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to the purchasing team

- Participate in supplier audits and evaluate their quality systems

- Maintain accurate records of supplier quality inspections and communicate any issues to relevant departments

- Identify areas for improvement in supplier quality processes and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes

- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to supplier quality control

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in supplier quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Strong understanding of quality control processes and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in MS Office and quality management software

- Willingness to travel for supplier audits and inspections

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems is a plus
